Cracking First Aid – Operating for MA Training
Fees Payment must reach us at the time of booking in order to secure your attendance and to meet our payment requirements. Cheques are to be made payable to M A Training (Late payments will be subject to standard bank interest rates – calculated by date and charged daily) Please note that we reserve the right to change our prices and our terms and conditions with reasonable notice to customers.
Provisional e-mail and/or telephone bookings can only be held for 7 days pending confirmation. If a booking is made at short notice (less than ten days before the course) then payment must be received immediately.
Open Course Full joining/direction instructions will be sent directly available upon payment being received.
Certificates The cost of an initial certificate for each student completing the course is included within the course fee and will be delivered or sent by recorded delivery. Extra copies of certificates are subject to a £10.00 administration fee (per certificate).
Late Payments A late payment penalty fee is applied to all accounts unpaid after 7 days following the date when payment is due, at the rate of £25 for each 3-day period for which the whole course fee or part thereof remains unpaid.
Cancellations and non-attendance Cracking First Aid regrets that course bookings cancelled within 14 days of the course date will incur a penalty of 50% of course fees. No refund will be possible where notification of non-attendance is made less than 7 days before the course date or where no notification of non-attendance is provided. No refund will be possible in the case of the full course not being completed. Each course has a minimum number of students required to be viable.
We reserve the right to adjust the date/location of the course or to cancel the course . In such unusual circumstances an alternative course or a full refund will be offered. The course programme is correct at time of publishing. Cracking First Aid and MA training reserve the right to vary the programme where professional demands arise (e.g. HSE syllabus amendments arise).
Cancellation of courses arranged for specific locations We regret that complete fees will be payable if notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the course start date. Cancellation between 14 and 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Location change
If the date of the course at your location is changed within 5 days of the start of the course, an administration charge of £40 will be incurred.
Good time keeping is essential and students must attend the whole course in order to meet the required criteria. If a delegate fails to attend any part of the course, they cannot be assessed as competent and will not therefore receive a certificate/award. We regret that late arrivals may not be admitted onto the course.
First Aid Annual Skills Update Students attending the 2 day Refresher Course should be in possession of a currently valid FAW/EFAW HSE approved certificate.
Disclaimer Cracking First Aid and MA training cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, which affect the course date(s), content(s) or timing(s), including cancellation or re-scheduling. If a course has to be cancelled, amended or rescheduled for any reason M A Training for Cracking First Aid will make every reasonable effort to facilitate alternative arrangements. Cracking First aid and MA Training does not accept responsibility for any accidents or misuse of training carried out by any students whilst on a course or used once they are in any home/office/work/public place/area or arena. Students carry out their training with our organisation at their own risk.
